Well guys, since I’m SO behind the ball on this whole blogging thing I’ve decided to back log my fixes from the past two years. These will just be short impressions of the items that I received with pictures of the style cards included. There will not always be pictures of myself, because I wasn’t big into reveals that long ago. Feel free to pin away!
Fix #15
I know, I know– “Stitch Fix isn’t a request service.” Blah blah blah. I’m over it. Everyone should be able to use the service in whatever way they please as long as they don’t have unrealistic expectations #rantover.
For this fix I had requested five specific items from my Pinterest board and Elizabeth was able to find me three of them. She supplemented with another item from my board and a cute top that I hadn’t seen before. I was totally over the moon.
41Hawthorn Sloane Colorblock A-Line Ponte Shift Dress – $78
This dress just suits my body type so perfectly. The fit was great, except the armholes were a little on the big side. It would have cost more to send it back and only buy 4/5 though, so I kept it. Not to mention, Matt liked it a lot and I’ve worn it to many work functions since buying it. Definitely worth keeping.

19 Cooper Arset Tassel Halter Top – $48
19 Cooper Arset Tassel Halter Top – $48
Um, okay. This shirt is PERFECTION. Light and airy with cute halter, tassel tie neck details and just the right length. I didn’t own anything like it! Matt told me he thought the look was really cute so I went out and bought three more shirts that were similar. Now he wants to know why I have so many tassels in my closet. MEN!

Loveappella Evie Draw String Funnel Neck Sweatshirt – $64
This sweatshirt is so stinkin’ cute. Matt thought so too. I bought it without a second thought. After wearing for a short amount of time I quickly realized that it was way too small for me though. The sleeves were the worst part. So sad! I now have this for sale on my Poshmark, so if it’s your unicorn get at it! 🙂

Market & Spruce Corinna Striped Dolman Top – $48
Okay, who WASN’T requesting the Corinna Dolman during this time? It was such a hot item and everybody on the board wanted it in every color. It’s still one of my favorite shirts to this day. So soft and comfy and great for lazy days in or fun days out. Very versatile.

Rune Kiley Ankle Zip Legging – $58
Sorry for the awkward pose and the weird dancer feet. I wear this Stitch Fix item probably more often than anything else I’ve ever purchased from them. Comfy, but also on trend. They’re simply the best!

Oh man, that feeling of getting a 5/5 is just wonderful, isn’t it? 🙂
Fix #16
For this fix I asked for something to wear to a Halloween wedding (preferably black, because the wedding party was going to be in orange), as well as some fun pieces for a wine tour with the coworkers from my previous hospital. Elizabeth totally knocked it out of the park again and it would have been a 5/5 if not for one tiiiiiny detail.
Pixley Zaria Romper – $68
That detail being this romper. I really love when Elizabeth pushes me outside of my comfort zone with one or two items she thinks I’ll like. And the way she described it in the style card made me want to believe I could wear it. Unfortunately it was just a little too boxy on me, and I guess I’d say it was a little boyish on my body type as well. Too bad!
RETURNED.
Pixley Nielson Halter Blouse – $58
Now onto the good stuff! This halter top was perfect for my wine tour. Just the right amount of fun and edgy that I was looking for. Especially when paired with the Liverpool skinnies.

Liverpool Anita Skinny Pant – $78
For some reason, Elizabeth sent these to me in a petite size, which is probably totally fine because I didn’t even notice the difference until a while after I’d already bought and worn them. They fit great and have a good amount of stretch to them so they don’t feel uncomfortable at all. Now I know what all the fuss is about!
KEPT.
Kut From The Kloth Michael Faux Leather Jacket – $78
This day starts an obsession.. I loved this jacket so much that I currently now own six other faux leather/suede jackets. Who knew that the moto lifestyle was for me? I wear them over everything. I just love how versatile they are. Who says you can’t be a girly girl with some edge? 🙂 It was a great pairing for my wine tour with the cool October air.

Fate Kenza Dress – $?
Last but not least, the dress! It fits so perfectly and the mesh overlay is really cute. It’s exactly what I was looking for and more for a Halloween wedding. Cute, with an edgy twist. The first dress I received actually had a huge (and I mean HUGE) hole in the side of it where I’m guessing the fabric was ripped at one point. Customer service was so great at working with me though. They sent a replacement in no time.

A 5/5 followed by a 4/5. Elizabeth and I are gaining momentum! #powercouple haha!
Well this has been a fun trip down memory lane! I hope I’ve given my fellow Fixers an insight into what Stitch Fix was sending last year, and some inspiration for your Pinterests 🙂 Thanks so much for choosing to read my little blog.
Until next time!
– Tia 🙂
