Did you know that I wear reading glasses?
That’s because I don’t!
..which isn’t something that my optometrist is impressed by.

For this Fix I asked for some little white dresses for all of my upcoming bridal events (AHHHHH!). Courtney has been trying to find me a little white dress for months now, but I could tell that she really scoured the warehouses for me this time. I also asked for anything she thought might be great for my upcoming engagement pictures. Courtney’s note to me really made me smile. She is always so personal and she goes above and beyond to try and meet my requests. It’s just a testament to how different the service can be for you if you have the right stylist.
Pixley Alasandra Lace Dress – $74
How adorable is this dress? It so totally screams Tia. The lace is beautiful, and I love the tie-neck. This will be really great for a casual daytime event. It isn’t “white,” which is totally fine. I’m so fair skinned that actual white totally washes me out.
KEPT.
Gilli Gretchen Printed Skirt – $58
I’m not a huge fan of pencil skirts. They just don’t jive with my lifestyle. I don’t have a lot of the business casual type opportunities that would make for an appropriate situation to wear them. So I do apologize that these photos are terribly styled, but I couldn’t even begin to pick a top from my wardrobe that would have worked. That being said, I do love the skirt. I think it’s beautiful. I just know I wouldn’t get any use out of it.

41Hawthorn Moira Flutter Sleeve Blouse – $58
This blouse spoke to my romantic side. I loved the color, but the fit was a little loose, and I’m not too sure I’m a huge fan of the flutter sleeves. Aside from that, it was totally see through. Normally, that wouldn’t be an issue, because I wear a cami underneath everything anyway, but the shirt is a little on the short side as well and it just makes it look a little silly on me (in my opinion).
RETURNED.
Laundry By Shelli Segal – $194
See what I mean by the white? I loved the concept of this dress. It was just a little too big for it to be flattering on my body. If it was a little more fitted I would have loved it. The detail in the sleeves is gorgeous!
RETURNED.
Bailey44 Haddi Knit Dress – $218
If you’ve ever read my blog before then you know that Bailey44 is my weakness. I just absolutely love everything that my stylist sends me from them. Of course I do, it’s the MOST EXPENSIVE ITEM! Sigh. I just can’t help myself. The fit is perfect (I mean, it makes ME look like I have a butt. That’s miraculous). I love how long the sleeves are, and it’s perfect for fall. It makes me feel feminine and sexy, and dammit Stitch Fix– just take my money! (..again)
I’m so happy that this Fix turned out to be a 2/5. Don’t get me wrong, it’s always nice when I love more, but I have a wedding to pay for! (AHHHHH!)
Thanks so much for reading my little blog!
Until next time!
– Tia 🙂
