Gosh, what on earth happened here? When I tried to remove one of the earrings from the plastic holder it snapped! I’ve never received such delicate earrings. Not only that, but the other earring is totally deformed. I’m honestly in shock! This isn’t the quality that I’ve come to expect from Earfleek over these past months. The earrings were meant to be a set of studs with two squares, a larger one hanging from a smaller one. They’d have been super cute, but were unfortunately rendered unwearable. Not that I would want to wear them with the one being defective.

Thankfully Earfleek customer service has always been very helpful to me in the past and I know that they’ll make this right!
